STANDARD ORDERS (Any items in Sterling Silver)

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order, please expect order processing to take up to three business days.  All standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and can take up to five business days to arrive within the continental US.

Please contact customer service at info@lovebyhazel.com for expedited shipping requests. Please include your name, telephone number, and a link to the item you would like to purchase from our website and we will respond with a shipping quote and timeline.

EXCHANGE POLICY
To request an exchange, please send us an email at info@lovetennisbyhazel.com.
We accepts items for exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as items are unused, in their original undamaged condition, with original packaging.  Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post.  Love by hazel is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please consider buying shipping insurance for your returned item.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it and provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return.

CUSTOM ORDERS (14K GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND)

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we receive your order, it will take 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped. All custom orders are shipped via UPS Standard Overnight Air and can take up to 2 business days to arrive within the continental US.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders.
